Deep blow is one of the breathing techniques that helps you to gain effortless relaxation with improved sleep and feeling of well-being. 1. Stand straight. Place both the arms on both hips.
2. Then take deep breath (inhale) through nose and then breathe out (exhale) through mouth slowly by bending forward.
3. Again stand straight while inhaling and then bend forward while exhaling.
(You can also exhale by standing straight while performing, and not bending forward)
