Infertility of a man can be defined as the inability to impregnating a woman. Hypogonadism


This is a condition in which the body does not produce enough testosterone or have low levels of testosterone. This hormone is required for fertility and also for other functions of the body. Men with low T may face some other symptoms which include erectile dysfunction, low libido, changes in mood etc. In hypogonadism, these hormones are not produced at their usual levels or not at all. If this occurs in aging men, it is called andropause or late onset symptomatic hypogonadism.
 

Peyronie's disease (curved penis)


Peyronie’s disease is a type of sex problem which is caused by the formation of hardened tissue under the skin of the penis. Penis gets bend when it becomes erect which creates disturbance during intercourse and men can't penetrate smoothly. This disease makes sexual intercourse painful and difficult. Penis curves slightly to the left or right when it’s erect. This condition is not very common among men. The bend may be very slight, not affect the man’s ability to have intercourse, and not cause any concern. This disease leads to infertility.
 

Phimosis


It is a condition in which the head of the penis is so tight that it cannot be pulled back to reveal the head of the penis. The head of the penis is covered by a sheath of skin known as the foreskin. This condition creates obstruction to penetrate normally during intercourse. Phimosis is common in babies and may be seen through puberty.

1. Low production of hormone estrogen in women and testosterone in both men and women cause sexual desire disorder.
