Upper Body Twist: Step-by-Step Instructions

 

 

1. Stand straight. Rest your right hand on right side of the body and vice versa.

2. Breathe in and twist toward rightward.

3. Breathe out and come back to normal position as in step (2).

4. Again breathe in and twist your body toward leftward.

5. Breath out and come back to normal position as in step (2).
