1. Lie straight on your stomach.
2. Join the elbows of both the hands, making a stand and place the palms under the chin. Lift the chest up. Keep the elbows and legs together.
3. While inhaling, first fold one leg at a time and then both the legs together. While folding, the ankles should touch the hips. While exhaling, the feet should be straight. Repeat it 20 to 25 times.
