1. Lie down straight on your back.
2. Now fold/flex both the legs and rest your feet on the ground.
3. Hands should be aside so that the fingers remain touched with the heels.
4. Inhale and raise the back and hips. The shoulders and heels should rest on the ground. Stay in this position for 15-20 second.
5. While coming down exhale and slowly rest the back on the floor. Repeat this 3 to 4 times.
